[FIX] Download Action after canceling update from DM #1146

Fix an small issue on the download manager:

Start to update a game
Cancel the update
From the Finished Tab, click the Install Icon
It will open the installation modal instead of updating the game

Also:

Replace icon for cancelled update
Fixed titles (hover text) for all icons since they were wrong since we added actions.

Use the following Checklist if you have changed something on the Backend or Frontend:

[ ] Tested the main App features and they are still working on a current and clean install. (Login, Install, Play, Uninstall, Move games, etc.)
