Alert users about Compatibility Layer not working on 100% of games

We should have a way of telling the users that not all Windows games will work fine with the compatibility layer on macOS and Linux.

Could be on Install or on Play and we should have a checkbox saying that the user does not want to see those alerts anymore.

The text could be something like this:

"You are trying to {Action}(install/Play) a Windows Game on {OperatingSystemName}. Please note that HyperPlay's cross-platform compatibility features for Windows games are not perfect. Some games or technologies may not work well or at all with it. Your gaming experience may vary depending on the game you choose to play."

My suggestion is to concentrate all alerts that have some relation with each game here where the user will find them easily when setting up or in game options. Ideally, is better to avoid adding too many modals with too many warnings, which is something we're adding a lot for other needs. We can test this way as the explicit warning in Heroic doesn't always work.
