"add game" options pop-up

As a user who clicked "Add Game" on the Library view, I'd like to be prompted to choose where I want to add the game from, so that I can select from available methods for adding a game.

The users who click this button should be able to choose whether to add from the HyperPlay Store, Epic, GOG, or side-load from local file, or browser url.
