DeepLoc 2.0 #3

We tried to run DeepLoc 2.0 but it seems to have an error because of the use of CUDA. I haven't found a recent usable alternative, have you managed to run it?

hi, no, deeploc has some serious minimum requirements that make it crash on normal computers. Let's stick with wolfpsort for now. I'll see if i can train a simpler classifier with a smaller model (uniprot only maybe, knn + random forest?) once I'm finished with the porting, or we can try to update the wolfpsort model, which should also be feasable, but I'm not sure.
