Describe the bug

The control to increment/decrement the max datasets in a baseline is unresponsive.

To Reproduce

Create an Experiment profile. Add a Comparison. Attempt to increment the Max datasets in baseline using the +/- control.

There is a workaround. That is to use the slider control to edit the value.
