`token` is not passed to `test.compareUrl` for fetching non-public data #1330

token is not being passed to test.compareUrl so it likely only works when the test and run are public

We should drop the current "Token" support and implement a standard workflow for 3rd party integrations: https://github.com/Hyperfoil/Horreum/issues/782
