Administrator Tab not shown for team Manager #1693

Describe the bug

Team managers need access to the Administration tab to perform certain admin functions, e.g: 1 - Add new team members 2 - Add new datastores

The Administration tab is not displayed for Team Managers in the UI:

Looking at this further, Team Managers see additional tabs under their user profile for managing the team, however from the UI this is not obvious or documented
