Link to "Change" tab redirects to "Runs" if logged in #1762

Describe the bug

When logged into Horreum, clicking a link that goes to the "Changes" tab of a test, shows the "Changes" tab momentairly and redirects to the "Runs" tab. If logged out, the link works properly.

Example link: https://HORRUEM-INSTANCE.com/test/TEST_ID?fingerprint=%7B%7D#changes

To Reproduce

1.Log in to Horreum.

  1. Go to a test, click the "Changes" tab, copy the URL
  2. Paste it in a new tab
  3. See the "Changes" tab flash momentarily and then redirect to the "Tests" tab.
