我们搞一个国密的msp实现是不是就完成了非tls部分的国密改造了？（硬改？）

in coming fabric gateway sdk, we'd better have a GM wallet implementation. so that we can have a sample implementation for https://github.com/hyperledger/fabric-rfcs/pull/34#discussion_r742884764
