directory is .build/bin, not build/bin

This is not applicable to the master branch, which is currently pegged to Hyperledger Fabric v1., in which binaries are created in build/bin. That path was changed to .build/bin only starting in v1.2.

That said, we now have a release-1.2 branch, supporting Fabric v1.2, and there we do need to make this change. So if you cancel this PR and instead want to merge with that branch, I'll accept it.
