implement new Card Overview as desgined in https://github.com/Hyperskill-Community/flashcards/blob/main/frontend/wiremock/flashcards-ui.md
fill Card data (projection) with REST-calls to backend.
provide Open button from Category overview using adequate Material design icon for Open.
