Settings dialog height #9

The dialog is so big that we cannot see the OK button.

I'm considering moving the dialog to sidebar, right now we have to ask the newbie go to add-on manager and tell them how to change the option.

The idea is when LaSuli is opened, it should check current configuration is valid or not. If user hasn't configured the LaSuli well, a dialog will be prompted in LaSuli instead of asking user to open add-on option dialog.
