Ability to hide/show overlay, without using OBS/Xsplit #13

When we pop an overlay, IE Commentators, would like a dynamic opening for the overlay instead of just showing it plain.

Also needed the ability to remove the frame from the overlay (Hide overlay on toggle)

So basically animations of the elements. That can be done on the overlay itself. This doesn't need any change to the HypestBoard software itself. This would be on a game by game, overlay by overlay basis. However for the ability off hide/show the overlay, without using OBS/Xsplit needs to be implement on HypestBoard itself.

Good one. Will implement. Should be minor.
