New adopter slack, email integration

Description

As a new adopter/organization launching Hypha for the first time, there is little information in the documentation about setting up slack, email, etc. New adopters need to know how to disable email, slack as they do not plan to integrate slack, email on their Hypha instance.

The screen dump is from a development machine where SEND_MESSAGES = False are set.

The messages are there to inform the developer what would have been sent out.

If you do not configure Slack, then nothing is sent to Slack. Nothing to disable as far as I know.

Same with e-mail, do not add any e-mail setting and Hypha can not send out any mails. But that is a bit weird, not sending out any mail. No password reset or anything in that case.

But documentation around this and maybe some settings would be good.
