Reloading uses shells even when full #27

Describe the bug

I'm unsure why I am able to reload when there are already two shells in the shotgun and it eats the shell used and shows that there was only shell in the shotgun model.

Reproducible Test

Steps on reproducibility in my situation: 1) Buy a shotgun & shells 2) Fire the one or both shells in the shotgun when bought 3) Reloading shotgun bugs when reloading over one or two shells & eats the reloaded shell

Anything else?

To my understanding there isn't any mods enabled aside from BetterShotgun that should be changing anything but the modpack I am using is currently contains 80 mods. 3 that do change shotguns at all are MegaPiggy's BuyableShotgun & BuyableShells and SoraYuki ShowAmmoCount however all 3 of these mods are disabled and I have had the same issues with them uninstalled.

The first time I did and had the issue so I re-download and deleted the old configuration file and still had the issue.
