gamePercentUnlocked and globalPercentUnlocked removed from achievements semi-static resource #315

Introduced in #253 this provided percentages on how many players have completed an achievement, as seen in-game.

It was added to https://api.hypixel.net/resources/achievements, but is no longer there.

Is this a bug or an intentional removal?
