The Minecraft Fandom wiki has been forked to a new domain: minecraft.wiki. Learn more here: https://minecraft.wiki/w/Minecraft_Wiki:Moving_from_Fandom. This PR updates all URLs accordingly.

Although pointless all links redirect to the right places on new website

minecraft.fandom.com links do not redirect anywhere. The fandom wiki is still up and working.

Not redirect but takes you to new website. As I said before, it's completely pointless.
