Make Addendum Tutorial Video #8

Some critical bits of info were unintentionally left out with the initial tutorial video. Most importantly the importance of the Steam collection's visibility, as well as some troubleshooting info that I failed to think about (deleting a bunch of stuff in AppData\SteamCMD\Mods folders, reinstalling SteamCMD)

Also worth further investigation: if Steam needs to be open to use a collection.

Tutorial video will be redone when 1.2.0 is released, and this information, and others, will be incorporated into that video.
