EV9 no charing state #852

Hi,

There is no charging status in the list of sensors for the EV9 in the EU region.

Please can this be added.

I haven't investigated why yet, but it seems like it is the Geocoding API that is failing. Can you try to disable the "Enable Geolocation Entity using OpenStreetMap" option in the integration configuration?

Thanks for coming back to me.

I have unticked that and reloaded the integration but i'm back with this old friend :)

I have mananed to get the integration connected again. The way to resolve the "Failed setup, will retry" it to freshed the Kia app by pulling down on the Status page.

There is no sign of any "charging" status. However, its fuel levels :)
