当使用disabled和tileContent时渲染有问题

当使用disabled和tileContent时，watchRender函数会跑两次，days会两次重新赋值。导致渲染有问题

同时动态渲染disabled和tileContent。会覆盖掉其中一个。渲染出来不完整
