Then you go into that New Repo you made , Github settings > GitHub Pages make the master a githubpage .
if properly setup you will then be able to go to for example using wilsons above > https://wilson-magic.github.io in kodi and install the zip , all within kodi !
No need to have people download repo zip outside of kodi , then install in kodi from a local source . They will be able to add the above github.io address . And you don't have to personally host the Repo zip on your own fileserver/webpage !!
