OpenWith has unexpected behavior if local changes exist #1

When using OpenWith to launch a IGUIDE repo notebook into the JupyterLab, it does not seem to clone and update the notebook properly. Several cells are in an intermediate state.

Look into providing users with the option to either completely overwrite or save their work
