Repository for all container images #6

Create GitHub or DockerHub repository as one place for docker/singularity/apptainer container images.

This is a great idea and especially important for the CyberGIS-Compute images because I don't even know where many of those are. I started a similar concept for the CyberGIS Center (https://github.com/cybergis/docker-images) which could be combined into this effort.

Agreed, the structure in the CyberGIS Center repo is great to follow. While we have similar folders in this repo, I suggest we can remove them and use this repository for managing issues & documentation (RTD).

Moved following container images to a central repository (https://github.com/I-GUIDE/container_images.git)

CI_Platform docker images
GeoEDF docker images (original repo archived)
Link to CyberGIS docker containers, containing CyberGIS-Compute container images

Note: Apart from these main repositories, other smaller container images are still there. Still need to figure out how to add them into a central place.

Documentation branch created in this (CI-Platform) repository. Linked to GitHub pages. Note: Documentation still need to be added. Separate issue opened

Added reference to HyperCube image to the Central repository (https://github.com/I-GUIDE/container_images). All future addition requests to the central container repository should be done via opening issues in the central repository.
