Create SchemaOrg Shapefile Example #2

Explore how SchemaOrg properties can be used to describe a simple Shapefile. The outcomes of this task will be:

  1. A document containing: a. A plaintext description of the recommended metadata for a Shapefile in text/table format b. A JSON+LD example implementation for a basic Shapefile

  2. A Jupyter notebook that demonstrates how the JSON+LD can be generated from a Shapefile stored in HydroShare

@aaraney I took a first crack at expressing a shapefile (in HydroShare) with SchemaOrg metadata. I also put together a json+ld example. We can talk about this in our meeting this afternoon.
