Can't add new recipeDefs to surgery menu - no idea why #37

I've tried for about 2.5 hours to add a new recipeDef but must be missing something. I honestly can't think about why this isn't working.

Draw Blood should appear under the Pawn's operations menu but it doesn't. As well, I noted that AdministerInjectableCoagulant doesn't appear either. The game creates its own bill for that "Administer Injectable Coagulant" by literally just taking the name of the item and sticking "Administer" in front of it - you can tell this is the case because the description and label I've applied to the operation doesn't appear.

Fixed. Still not certain but it's working so...
