Infection risk from bandages needs adding #8

This is already part of the game. Every single bandage still provides an infection risk depending on the quality of the bandage. For example, 100% bandage quality gives a 5% infection risk whereas 0% quality gives a 85% infection risk.

What defines the bandage quality is both the pawns medicine skill and also the medical potency of the item. Therefore we should include a low medical potency to get an infection risk (although 100% potency would still yield a risk).

Moving to done after changing the medical potency of the bandages.
