[FEATURE] Add linux installer #19

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There currently is no way of downloading the I programming language on Linux with an easy to use installer.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a bash scripting guiding the user thru installation.

Describe alternatives you've considered Add a GUI installer. This has the downside of not working on operating systems without a GUI, like a server.

Additional context This has to be done for windows as well, to support windows server.
