Brambor pointed out a couple of bad rotations here and I realised it was still using the old omts so I got to delete a load of stuff
Content of the change
Adds a couple of corner sprites for the fence
Fixes rotation of road and fence tiles
Changes the roof to look like building instead of air
Removes alot of unneeded json
