fix adding multiple users to plex users array #32

Adding multiple plex users gets overriden by setup.py, this fixes it so you can have multiple users.

Thank you for the PR! I'm, however, going to drop the PR as the implementation defeated some of the other logic. The underlying issue should now be addressed in Version [2.1.2].
