Add "Penis Music" Image #134

This gif is too large, and we haven't figured out how to reduce gif resolution yet. We want the gifs to be stored in the repo because of an irrational fear that they will be deleted at any moment.

This was actually solved by #153, as the images are sent by URL, using tenor's gif hosting service.
