Add region map to the dashboard with the ability to measure area and perimeter. I think this plugin of the leaflet can be useful.

Dashboard map with measurement in the non-metric system is ready. Only the measurement system must be changed.

People think scrolling the map with the mouse wheel is not good so it must be changed to use another button variation to scroll the map. This library is awesome for leaflet gesture handling.
