Align volume and particles does not work when different handeness is provided #653

Sometimes refinement algorithms converge into the same solution but with different handedness. Both solutions are correct. However, align volume and particles does not consider this and produces incorrect results when provided with two alignments of different handeness

oierlauzi commented 1 year ago

@jamesmkrieger considers a better alternative to make this change optional, as technically they are not the same solution
