bug in CTF relations causes it not appears correctly in extract particles protocols.

This bug has been repoted by Carmen SanMartin (v1.1 stable release). The workflow is as follow:

• import and align movies w motioncor2. The outputs are two SetOfMicrographs, with (wDC) and without (woDC) dose correction (DC).
• ctf estimation over the SetOfMicrographs woDC
• subset selection the best CTFs. This protocol generates two subsets: CTFs and Micrographs (woDC)
• particle picking over the subset of micrographs (woDC).
• in xmipp particle extraction, set the coordinates, select the option "other" to extract the particles from other set of mics (wDC), and the SetOfCTFs is not able to select cause not appears in the select box.

When I tried to reproduce it, I couldn't. it's fine for me.

@josuegbl , @pconesa I think this bug is still there and it is really annoying and misleading for users...they tend to think that something is wrong with CTF relations. What I find more problematic is that I haven't found yet a way to always reproduce it.
