Import movies: copy + exisiting movies takes time to register output. #2039

If there are already movies in the "import folder" and you decide to copy ...(not the usual case for facilities)....the import takes long time to register the first movie....it seems that all the copy is happening before creating the output...may be it can be parallelized? being 1 step = "copy/link" + registering the movie?
