import particles from xmipp: representatives are not defined #636

reported by Dmitry Semchonok: When importing images.xmd after CL2D, you get both outputParticles and outputClasses, however the representatives for these classes are Null.

@josuegbl , Since you are re-factoring the CL2D, can you take a look at this issue?

After the protocol finished I tried to save the subset - namely all particles in the new set for the later processing in the Relion 2D. But that did not work. The new set creation ends up with error.
