GUI widget with protocols tree is not visible by default #645

This is an old problem that very likely it is not easy to solve.

In many occasions, when scipion is started the window with the protocol three is not visible and you need to manually rearrange the widgets in order to show it.

I've seen the summary widget, covering most of the screen, almost hiding the graph. Is this what you mean @rmarabini or something else?
