Updated SonarScanner version #180

Added also variable to ease future updates

It works, this will also make all warnings from XmippCore's SonarCloud Scan about Java version disappear. It is now easier to upgrade SonarScanner version in the future the steps are:

Go to Sonar Scanner CLI versions.
Copy the latest version number available.
In the repository settings, go to Security -> Secrets and Variables -> Actions, and edit variable SONAR_VERSION with the copied sonar-scanner-cli version.
