[x] (re)move travis related files
[x] use cuda action instead of our proprietary script
[x] reference directly github action env variables, instead of defining travis variables
[x] enable sonar cloud analysis (currently crashing, see https://github.com/I2PC/xmippCore/runs/2183660384)
