Add Streamlit component wrapper #31

The PR adds a Streamlit component wrapper, that:

Sets CSS vars with Streamlit styles rules for all components, instead of each component managing them.
Sets the wrapper's display CSS rule to flex to ensure the components margins are included in the wrapper's width & height.

Also, this PR:

Remove the main HTML wrapper element.
Moves CSS rules for body in the correct layout file.
