Session title and location should have optional URLs. #158

FSE 2019 has raised the issue that they wanted to have a link from the conference dinner to a page that has more information. This is a fairly generic requirement, and could be applied to several things in the schema, including:

session title
location name
moderator name I propose that we could add a widget to add a link to each item as shown in the screenshot (alignment is wrong though).

In retrospect I think the only element that requires an optional link is the session title. Since only one URL is required, we'll put it as a 4th line in the form. We'll use an info icon next to the session title in the program display.
