Virtual fixes #195

There were a few issues after I merged Kay's big change to the virtual template.

  1. json/metadata.json had the wrong start date.
  2. the big change in styles/main.css and styles/orange_theme.css were not being picked up due to browser cache.
  3. I removed the editMe content.
  4. the format of accepted papers from websubrev is different than HotCRP, and we need to support both (authors is not an array).
