I propose removing the \mbox on lines 591 and 593 which then allows the author names after emails to break at spaces in the footnote.

(Sorry for the extra chunks because of trailing whitespaces that were auto-removed.)

Could you also update the version number in iacrdoc.tex and iacrdoc.pdf?

We can always update the version number. I suspect there are two or three subsequent changes coming up soon.
