Display requirements for DOIs #221

I learned today that joining crossref requires us to adhere to policies about display of DOIs. In particular this document says that we should display a DOI as a full URL https://doi.org/10.1729/5-2-13 rather than DOI: 10.1727/5-2-13. This might appear to conflict with our LaTeX style, though when someone hovers over the URL their PDF viewer will show the URL since it's a hyperlink.
