Keywords with a comma #224

Currently we disallow the usage of \and in the \keywords macro and split keywords by comma (and replace the comma by a centered period). However, I noticed a paper which used "Broadcast, Trace and Revoke" as a keyword. This shows that splitting the keywords by comma might not be the best way forward. Should we redefine / fix this?

I had a look at multiple lists of keywords and found none where a comma is used: maybe this is not an issue at all in practice.
