I bumped the version (I forgot to do that before). I also removed the macros \setvolume, \setnumber, and \setEISSN. LaTeX has a global namespace for macro names, and we should avoid generic things like \setnumber. As it turns out, we don't use them any more anyway since main.iacrmetadata will use \def\IACR@vol{1} instead.
