[BUG] Micro pauses in the resulting file when using inference

In the new Applio 3.2.0 whatever setting I use, I got Micro pauses in the voice converted sound using inference. It happens with : RMVPE, CREPE, etc. I left all settings by default. This behavior is happening at the exact same spot even when changing voices or settings.

It seems like it depends only on the input file. My input file (about 20 sec) doesn't have any distortion and work well with previous Applio. I tried with other input files and there are also micro pauses unless the file is super short (about under 5 seconds). This behavior wasn't present in the previous version, however, the version 3.1.1 had some distortion problems (looks like it was inferencing over 0dB) that are resolved now.
