[BUG] in applio 3.2.0 local compiled version import voice model #459

I found a bug in applio 3.2.0 local compiled version. If you drag and drop the voice model files, but their download becomes endless. You need to click on "Drag and drop files here", and select the model files from the explorer. Please fix it!
