We are happy to invite you to discuss our progress on Portland project. As you know, Will came down to Victoria in May 21-28, for a workathon focusing on advancing the analyses of ialsa-2015-portland and script development of ialsa-2015-portland-stencil (software to reproduce such workshops). We are happy to report that we have made some substantial breakthroughs in both.
First of all, we have developed scripts to produce tables reporting selected model parameters. Currently we think of them as the table of correlations and table of growth curve model. You can view the current stable version here :
Table 2 - Correlations - correlations between intercepts, slopes, and residuals of bivariate growth models.
Secondly, we have achieved conceptual clarity on the flow of data from the raw state to the tables and graphs in the manuscript. The process is captured in the following graphic
Thirdly, we've conducted a successful testing of the Portland stencil and got feedback from the participants of the mock workshop. This brings us to a better place to plan future workshops using this software.
We would like fill you in on the details of these developments. We hope your feedback will help coordinate our further efforts in delivering the results of the analyses to the final destination place: published manuscripts.
Let's find a time to convene for a teleconference in the next few weeks. Given the differences in time, 7 am - 10 am Pacific window might be a good target. Would 9 am on Thursday June 30 work?

which is explained in our CPA poster.
