Meeting with @ampiccinin to address renaming and corrected cognitive measures.

@andkov and @ampiccinin have edited the cognitive-measure-entry-table.csv. A few cognitive measure remain questionable. @ampiccinin, please check on the following items

what exactly is figurememory in SATSA?
what does t1sa in ILSE refer to in the MLUS file for lpsspatialability?
what is complexideas in RADC?
what is verbalfluencytest in ILSE? is it letter or categories?
