Split the process of collecting a project files into two stages:

One row per entry.

The contents of the catalog:

  1. the names of the input files
  2. .inp files
  3. .out files
  4. parsed output ( one model per row)

Sequence

  1. Andrea, Maleeha, Will create the domain maps that anticipate all possible measures to be included into the workshop.
  2. The draft is sent to Andrea for approval and/or substantive evaluation. This map represents the preliminary research intention of the workshop.
  3. The map is sent to the potential modelers for evaluation. The modelers inspect the domain map area relevant to their studies and provide feedback on the edits. (e.g. a measure in their study has not been included into the domain map, or a measure that has been included into the map is actually missing in their study.
  4. We edit the outcome map to be included into the Pre-Conference Survey.
  5. We mail out the PCS.
